Each user joining will register under a username and password, and should join only once. A user maintaining multiple accounts can be removed, at SpeedCameraPOI's sole discretion. By becoming a member or by submitting or downloading the SpeedCameraPOI database you agree that you have read, understand and will conform to these terms & conditions.

Speed camera data obtained from this web site is for your own personal use only. You may not otherwise copy or distribute any materials from this web site without prior permission. You may not create any derivative works based on materials obtained from SpeedCameraPOI.

User submitted location data on SpeedCameraPOI is provided to the community for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use data from this web site to sell a product or service.

SpeedCameraPOI does not endorse user submissions, and disclaims all liability. The user agrees they will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights. Users shall be solely responsible for their own submissions, and by submitting to our website agree to these terms & conditions.

SpeedCameraPOI does not make any warranty, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality of any products, or services offered on this website or provided by third party companies participating or advertising on this website.

SpeedCameraPOI reserves the right to terminate this system at any time.

SpeedCameraPOI may modify this agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued participation in the system will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. An individuals participation is subject to these terms and conditions, and participation may be refused at the sole discretion of SpeedCameraPOI without recourse. Any fraud or abuse of the system will result in the immediate termination of that account.
